(1) Precautions during assembly of rolling bearings:

① It turned out to be hot sleeved. It's better to still warm up. Usually, cold installation is carried out under the frame number 132;

② Before installation, check whether the tolerances of the components that match the bearings meet the requirements;

③ Bearings should always be driven onto the shaft with the help of a sleeve;

④ Hot install bearings, with a heating temperature of about 100 ℃. They can be boiled in oil for 5-10 minutes, then quickly installed on the shaft. After cooling, they can be cleaned, lubricated, and installed with end and outer covers;

⑤ The brand on the bearing sleeve should face outward;

⑥ Do not apply too much lubricating oil;

⑦ There are various types of lubricating greases, including sodium based, calcium based, calcium sodium based, composite calcium based, lithium based, and molybdenum disulfide. Departments using explosion-proof motors can choose according to their own habits and experience, and may not necessarily fully follow the manufacturer's brand. But when replacing, the original grease must be cleaned up.

(2) Precautions during assembly of sliding bearings:

① Before assembly, the fuel tank should be cleaned and checked for any oil leaks;

② Check whether the oil injection and drainage pipelines are smooth, and place the contact of the temperature measuring device in a position that can reach the tile;

③ Place the inspected and scraped lower bearing pads under the journal. At this point, lift the shaft head by about 0.1-0.2mm and place the lower bearing pad in;

④ Keep original records of measurements: axial displacement, lateral clearance, top clearance, etc;

⑤ Check whether the size, surface roughness, and ovality of the oil ring meet the requirements of the drawing. Check if the oil ring rotates flexibly in the lower bearing groove. When the shaft rotates at crawling speed, the oil ring should not stop rotating and should not collide with the bearing seat and other parts;

⑥ The depth of immersion of the oil ring into the oil ≈ the outer diameter of the oil ring (4-6);

⑦ Install the bearing shells and covers, tighten the screws symmetrically, insert the positioning pins, and then tighten them symmetrically once;

⑧ The clearance between the joint surfaces of the bearing pads should be less than 0.05mm. After removing the upper bearing cover, evenly apply uF-l type sealant to the joint surface, then fasten the upper bearing cover, tighten the screws, and insert the positioning pin;

⑨ Inject the original brand of lubricating oil so that the oil level reaches the indicated line of the oil mark. Alternatively, lubricating oil of equivalent grade can be used;

⑩ Check the clearance between the sealing ring and the shaft, which should generally be within the range of 0.1~0.3mm. Connect the oil circuit and check the bearing insulation.
